Literature Review – Improving Customer/Communication & Correspondence Letters

Instructions for this assignment are to: Locate both quantitative and qualitative articles from the link above. Each annotation should: *summarize the content of the source, *clarify why the source is relevant to the topic, *describe why the source is credible, and *indicate why the author should be considered an expert. *Finally, in addition to the annotated bibliography, write a 1-2 page summary which synthesizes your research and identifies 3-5 key findings and considers how the literature search has assisted your research project.
